Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Eleganza, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement & manage a high performing team structure & process to achieve business objectives by defining clear roles, responsibilities and KPIs for team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on industry news & trends to identify opportunities for new offerings or product enhancement as well as research potential clients, partners and competitors.
• Develop proposals and follow up with leads.

Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management/ business development.
• Excellent communication skills.
