Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving patient inflow, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding CarePoint’s market presence through active engagement with corporate organizations, HMOs, and the general public.
• The role combines strategic business growth initiatives with hands-on sales and marketing execution to achieve measurable revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to attract new clients and increase hospital revenue.
• Identify and pursue partnerships with HMOs, corporate organizations, and community groups.
• Conduct field marketing and direct sales visits to promote hospital services and health packages.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and corporate wellness plans.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business and sales targets.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to design, price, and promote new service offerings.
• Track, report, and analyze sales and business development performance metrics.
• Represent CarePoint Hospitals at corporate events, exhibitions, and outreach programs.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
