We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description / Duties

• Marketing and Promoting HESS partner institutions to prospective students
• Develop and initiate student recruitment strategies that will have good return on investment.
• Identify opportunities, develop plans and initiate alliances that will strengthen the brand and ensure with relevant organizations
• Counsel and provide up-to-date information and choices available to prospective students
• Ensure constant communication with enquirers.
• Achieve agreed targets for each month
• Provide timely and accurate updates to regarding student recruitment activities.
• Assist with developing new strategic recruitment activities through gathering of viable market intelligence
• Ensure constant steam of walk in clients to the HighEnd office
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and ensuring the implementation of such;
• Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly reports to the office.

Qualifications & Experience

• A first degree from a reputable tertiary institution
• 1 year experience is marketing

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – essential
• Working knowledge of marketing principles and the local market terrain – desirable
• Confident and professional demeanor
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Organised and methodical approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Remuneration
Commission Based.
