Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships within Oil & Gas and Energy sectors
• Identify hiring opportunities and upcoming projects
• Lead client meetings and support proposal development
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure delivery.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in business development or B2B sales within the oil or energy sector.
• Exposure to recruitment, staffing, or energy/engineering markets preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
