We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Job Description

• Deliver profitable, topline revenue in line with company budgets and objectives.
• Organize daily and weekly plans to meet with new and existing customers to solicit for sales using techniques & tactics agreed upon by the LICKERS leadership team.
• Build and develop strategy to meet and exceed sales revenue objectives.
• Compile and analyze sales figures and communicate insights/findings to team members and management.
• Ensure complete adherence to LICKERS’ policy and procedures.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• First Degree in business related field or hospitality field
• At least two (2) years direct sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Very strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Energetic, engaging and positive personality that demonstrates authentic passion for the brand.
• Must be able to professionally present to a broad array of potential customers.
• Ability to ask fact finding discovery questions and probe for additional business both in person as well as via phone calls and social media.
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits

• N40,000 net per month plus transport allowance (For a start)
• Free Lunch & Dinner
• Annual Bonus
• 5% Sales Commission per month.
