Job Overview

• We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in Marketing, Insurance, or related fields, offering training opportunities, a competitive salary, and commission. Experience in insurance or marketing is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the insurance industry.
• Prospect potential clients to understand and meet their insurance needs.
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies for selling insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Report on sales activities, initiatives, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business, or a related field.
