Cam is a Nigerian dairy company that aggregates raw milk from settled pastoralist communities and processes it into nutritious dairy products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Information Technology Intern

Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Internship

About the Job

• Content Management on WordPress/WooCommerce site e.g installing and managing relevant plugins, creating and managing coupons etc
• Provide support across all channels, including chat, email, phone, video, in-person, etc. (the amount of time dedicated to each will vary based on operational needs).
• Assist staff members with resolving software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Support various services such as video conferencing, remote access, new internal products, and mobile technology.
• Collaborate and share knowledge across the team and with other staff members.
• Optimizing website performance and troubleshooting hosting issues when necessary.
• Troubleshooting across Câm’s corporate IT resources, applications, and various operating systems, including Linux, Mac OS, Windows, Chrome OS and mobile platforms.
• Contribute to various initiatives, including process improvement and documentation efforts to enhance the user experience.
