Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Canteen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company's canteen in Lagos.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the canteen staff, coordinating food production and service, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the canteen staff, including cooks, Waiters, and cleaning staff
- Plan and coordinate food production and service
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Develop and implement menus and meal plans
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards
- Maintain a clean and safe canteen environment
- Monitor and control expenses
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in canteen management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic accounting and inventory management skills
- Food safety and hygiene certification (desirable)
Salary
250,000 - 300,000 monthly.
