Job Position: Category Manager - Water

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, enduring and profitable relationship with distributors and consumers within coverage area.
• Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for the Water segment aligned with overall business goals.
• Conduct annual and quarterly business planning for portfolio growth, pricing, promotions, and trade channels.
• Identify opportunities for category expansion, innovation, and new product development.
• Continuously track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Water market.
• Analyze sales data, market share reports, and insights to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• First degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in senior management level in assigned Category.
• Masters or Professional certification in Category Management will be an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG industry especially in Watermarket is required.
