We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Civil Engineer

Job Location: Eti-osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Design:

• Develop and review project designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

Construction Management:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Site Supervision and Quality Control:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications and standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site.

Material and Resource Management:

• Estimate material quantities, prepare budgets, and manage procurement processes.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Technical Documentation:

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, permits, and approvals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and address concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
