Job Summary
The position incumbent reports to the Project Engineer and is responsible for planning and executing architectural, structural and civil designs for all buildings, installations, brick/concrete structures, roads and other infrastructure in company’s installations and retail outlets to company’s standards and specifications.

Your Basic Duties

• Reports to the Project Engineer
• Carry out survey and design for all civil works in installations/sites, projects, and other projects as directed and guided by supervisor.
• Analyse survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, etc.
• Prepare bills of quantity (BOQ), cost estimations and other necessary documents for tender purposes.
• Develop project work plans and documents for approval of supervisor.
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs as required.
• Supervise civil engineering projects to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, standards and specifications with accompanying status reports.
• Support shared services and other related departments for maintenance works on the company’s properties and assets.
• Conducts standards checks in retail outlets, LPG Plants, VMI, Depots and Terminals. Checks should cover Environmental Health Safety and Quality (EHSQ), Look & Feel, House Keeping and branding and Stock management as well as supervision adequacy
