About the Role

• We are seeking a charismatic, polished, socially confident Client Service Executive for our Clubhouse (VEIN); someone who understands premium nightlife culture and can effortlessly relate with high-profile guests, lifestyle influencers, VIP clients, and the entertainment community.

Core Responsibilities
Guest Interaction & Experience:

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them through the club/lounge with a high sense of class and professionalism.
• Engage customers, create memorable interactions, and maintain a hospitable presence throughout their stay.
• Attend to special requests, birthday/VIP celebrations, bottle service coordination, table service alignment, and high-end hospitality rituals.
• Maintain strong situational awareness of guest needs, moods, and expectations.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, lifestyle figures, promoters, event hosts, and social connectors.
• Conduct soft follow-ups with returning guests to maintain loyalty.
• Identify and nurture high-value customers for recurring patronage.

Brand Representation & Grooming Standards:

• Uphold the brand’s premium aesthetic through exceptional grooming, poise, confidence, and excellent articulation.
• Represent the club at internal events, promotional activations, and VIP hosting functions when needed

Sales & Upselling:

• Recommend premium bottle options, table packages, celebratory add-ons, and club experiences.
• Support the events team with guest list conversions, table bookings, and reservation confirmations.
• Assist in driving revenue by intelligently upselling packages without being pushy

Social Intelligence & Nightlife Coordination:

• Navigate nightlife dynamics with class, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
• Handle social pressure, high-energy environments, and varying personalities with maturity.
• Mitigate guest dissatisfaction by listening, resolving concerns, and escalating professionally when needed

Operational Support:

• Ensure client areas are guest-ready at all times.
• Coordinate with bar, floor, dancers liaison, and bottle service team.
• Participate in pre-event briefings, brand engagements, and post-event debriefs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Polished, attractive, and exceptionally well-groomed
• Comfortable in premium nightlife environments
• Highly social, extroverted, and naturally charming
• Confident around high-net-worth individuals and lifestyle influencers
• Emotionally intelligent with excellent conversation skills
• Observant, intuitive, and quick-thinking
• Poised and composed under pressure
• Must possess the maturity level suitable for nightlife hospitality (typically mid-20s to mid-30s)
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
• Must have strong personal etiquette and communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, airline customer service, or luxury retail is an added advantage.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 / Month.
