We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Computer Operator / Graphics Designer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
• Assist customers with typing, printing, scanning, photocopying services
• Provide support for internet browsing, email access, and online registrations.
• Ensure proper handling and security of customer data.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment.
• Keep records of daily transactions and provide basic cash handling.
• Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service by assisting clients politely and professionally.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (Corel Draw, Photoshop(optional), MS Word, Excel,
• PowerPoint, and Internet browsing).
• Ability to type fast and accurately.
• Experience in printing, scanning, photocopying, and online registrations is a plus.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. 
• Prior experience in a business center/cyber café is an advantage 
• Ability to teach learners is a plus.
• Proximity to location is preferrable

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 monthly.
