Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our team and be the face of our brand.
• As the Concierge for, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Your role will be to ensure every guest feels valued and receives the highest level of service.
• You will be responsible for attending to customer needs, managing special requests, and creating a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Provide information on products, services, and in-store events.
• Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with store events, such as fashion shows and private viewings, ensuring all guests are taken care of.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and our latest collections to provide knowledgeable advice.
• Maintain a well-organized and inviting reception area.
• Manage special requests, including personal shopping appointments, VIP services, and bespoke experiences.
• Coordinate with sales associates and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations on the sales floor.
• Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or luxury retail role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for fashion and luxury, with a good understanding of the fashion industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
