Job Description

  • We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to join our team as a Content Creator / Graphic Designer / Video Editor.
  • This role will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and proficiency in video editing software.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, website graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event. 
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
  • Edit and produce compelling videos for marketing campaigns, tutorials, product demos, and other purposes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better Marriott experience or event.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, content creator, and video editor.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of visual projects and styles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all assets.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Experienced.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.  
  • License or Certification: None
