About the Role

• Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for both visual and written content? Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing production company based in Abuja, is looking for a talented Content Creator to join their team.
• This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to blend your video shooting/editing expertise with your flair for content writing to drive engaging multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Collaborate with the production team to conceptualize video campaigns and storytelling formats
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual quality

Content Writing:

• Create engaging, SEO-friendly written content such as scripts, captions, blog posts, and promotional materials
• Research industry-related topics and trends to develop compelling content ideas
• Write clear, creative, and persuasive copy aligned with the company’s brand voice

Creative Strategy & Social Media:

• Work with the marketing team to plan and schedule content across platforms
• Stay updated with trends and adapt content accordingly
• Repurpose video and written content for maximum reach and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation – portfolio of video and writing samples is required
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Proficiency in content writing and editing for digital platforms
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
• Resides in or near Abuja with the ability to attend in-person shoots as required
