Job Position: Corporate Finance Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Description 


  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Finance Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 7 years in corporate finance management and a deep understanding of financial strategies and operations within the real estate and Hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes..
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage capital structure and funding strategies, including debt and equity financing.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions and business development initiatives.
  • Lead due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Finance Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
