Job Position: Creative Design Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Design graphics for Social media, Campaigns, Presentations, Brand decks, Merchandise, Events and more.
• Work collaboratively with the Content, Marketing, Events and Strategy teams to bring ideas to life visually.
• Translate creative briefs into design solutions that align with brand identity and objectives.
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Support the production of materials for print, digital, motion, and experiential projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends in music, entertainment and pop culture.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
• Basic Video editing and motion design skills are an advantage.
• Strong visual storytelling ability.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creative work.
• Passion for pop culture, music, entertainment and youth trends.
