About the Role

• As our Creative Graphic/Motion Designer, you'll be the visual architect behind engaging brand identities, social media content, marketing materials, and dynamic motion graphics.
• You'll collaborate with our digital marketing, development, and content teams to create cohesive, thumb-stopping visuals that drive engagement and conversions. T

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and mobile applications
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media and advertising
• Develop comprehensive brand identity systems including logos, style guides, and visual assets
• Design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications in collaboration with developers
• Produce marketing collateral including banners, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from initial brief to final delivery
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and client projects
• Edit and optimize videos for various platforms and formats
• Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and platform-specific content requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to translate strategic objectives into visual solutions
• Maintain organized design asset libraries and project files

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across graphic design, branding, and motion graphics
• Proven experience creating content specifically optimized for social media platforms
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Experience with UI/UX design principles for digital products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative concepts
• Strong time management skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects
• Receptive to feedback and committed to iterative improvement

Technical Skills:

• Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Expert level
• Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro - Advanced proficiency
• UI/UX Tools: Figma, Adobe XD
• 3D Design: Cinema 4D, Blender (desirable but optional))
• Video Editing: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (plus)
• Additional Tools: Canva Pro, CorelDRAW (familiar)
• AI Design Tools: Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly etc.
• Project Management: Asana, Trello, Notion
• Understanding of social media specifications and platform requirements

Portfolio Requirements:
Your portfolio should showcase:

• Brand identity projects with complete visual systems
• Social media graphics and campaigns that demonstrate engagement understanding
• Motion graphics and animation work (reels/short form videos, explainer videos, animated ads etc.)
• UI design work for web or mobile applications
• Print and digital marketing materials
