Job Position: Creative Specialist

Job Location: Epe, Lagos

Role Description

• Are you a creative thinker with strong visual, writing, and digital skills? Do you know how to turn ideas into powerful content that builds trust and drives sales?
• We are looking for a Creative Specialist to lead our brand storytelling and creative direction.
• The Creative Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies, building compelling branding initiatives, and crafting engaging content.
• Daily tasks will include brainstorming innovative ideas, creating persuasive branding concepts, and collaborating with teams to align creative efforts with organizational goals. This is a full-time on-site role based in Epe.

Key Responsibilities

• Create stunning graphic designs for our products and services
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing and promotions
• Lead and coordinate the creative team to deliver impactful campaigns
• Develop content calendars and manage content planning across platforms
• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging marketing content
• Build strong brand visibility through consistent social media presence
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns (media buying)
• Collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers to drive awareness and trust
• Position the brand as credible and trustworthy through creative visual storytelling
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline materials
• Track content performance and optimize creative strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience in social media management and digital advertising
• Knowledge of media buying and campaign optimization is an advantage
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage creative teams
• Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
