Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of NOC operation.
- Must be actively be involved in Customer Care operations
- Presently lead the NOC Team in an ISP/Telecom Sector
- Acquainted with many CRM software and tools
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
