Job Position: Customer Care Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Answering Phone Calls
• Assisting the Group Head follow-up on customer request
• Updating Investors Files
• Verifying Customers Information
• Delivering Information about a Company's offering
• Follow-up on existing and new customers through Social networks
• Providing proactive customer's Outreach.

Requirements

• Interested applicants must not be more than 26 years

Remuneration
N3,800,000 Annually.
