We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Care / Video Presenter
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage incoming calls and chats
• Call / chat with Prospects from company's database
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep accurate records of calls and chats
• Do video presentations for brand promotion
• Coordinate the video entertainment aspect of brand promotion.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of company.

Specification

• OND in Mass Communications, English and other related disciplines
• Must be eloquent in English.
• Ability to multi-task.
• At least 6 months practical experience.
• Residing within Ikeja and its environs.

Salary
N35,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
