Job Description

• We are looking for a driven and passionate Client Experience Associate to join our growing team!
• As a Customer Experience Associate, you will act as a point of contact, provide product/service information, ensure periodic check-in calls with learners, respond to inquiries, and efficiently address any issues that our learners might face. 
• A great candidate for this role will be able to provide the highest service standards, respond quickly to clients, and boost customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience working in customer support.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
