Job Position: Customer Experience Executive
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• First Degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Humanities, or related field
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Very good Communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suites applications
• Planning and organizational skills
• Strong listening skills
• Customer focused.
• Good persuasion skills.
