Job Position: Customer Operations Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Slot: 6 Openings
Working Hours: Mondays - Saturdays

Job Summary

  • We are looking for 6 representatives to join as customer operations representatives.
  • The team will be responsible for managing whatsApp group operations, addressing customer support inquiries, establishing a new store and order approval system, with the goal of improving repeat purchase rates and self-service order data.

Description

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc from any recognized institution
  • Previous customer service or operations experience preferred.

Salary
N60,000 Base + 20,000 KPI.
