Job Position: Customer Relationship Personnel

Job Description

• We seek to employ competent and good looking customer relationship personnel who will be the face of the organization and interact with prospective/existing clients on a daily basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitors as a way of improving the company's products and services
• Understand customer concerns
• Train new staff
• Investigate possible problems.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of OND from a reputable higher institution
• Good interpersonnel and human relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience and computer literacy is an added advantage
