Job Position: Customer Representative

Job Location: Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• As a Customer Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, and ensure utmost delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and messages.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer representative or any related role.
• Experience working in a laundry company is an added advantage
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
