Covantage BPO Limited - Our client, a Fashion, Textile and Clothing line distributing company seeks suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Sales Officer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Customer Sales Officer who will work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
• He/She will ensure walk-in and remote customer has an exceptional experience at our outlets.

Responsibilities

• As the ideal candidate for the Customer Sales Officer role, you are responsible for:
• Ensure all sales are recorded.
• Ensure all customers enjoy an exceptional experience in our outlets.
• Manage stock and shelf life of goods.
• Attend to all customer enquiries about the goods with good product knowledge.
• Showcase all goods to ensure customer interest at first look.
• All other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager and Supervisor.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.
• Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
• Minimum of 1 years working experience in a similar role.
