Job Position: Customer Sales Representative

Job Location: Fatolu, Ipaja - Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers via WhatsApp
• Provide accurate product information to customers
• Process customer orders and follow up to ensure fulfillment
• Respond to enquiries and handle basic customer concerns
• Maintain proper records of daily customer interactions
• Assist in promoting products and driving sales
• Ensure timely communication between customers and the operations team
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
