Lumos enables people to replace hazardous and expensive kerosene generators and lanterns with modern solar electricity that can power lights, cellphones, fans, computers, TVs and other small electronic devices (all at once, every day). By offering Solar Power, Lumos offers homes and small businesses a simple and affordable way to pay for electricity in small installments using mobile money or other fintech solutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Agent

Job Location: Sanya, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 3 Months Contractual Employment

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications (Minimum of HND / B.Sc and relevant qualification or its equivalent).
• Candidate shall have Post Graduate Experience of one (1) year.
• The ability to communicate and relate with customers in English andYoubaand any other language is a must.
• He / she must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• He/she must have excellent Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to speak Englishand Yorubais a must.
• This is a 3-month contractual job and candidates should be available to work in shifts from 8am-7pm.
