Job Summary

• As our customer service and billing officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient billing process.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the billing process, including preparing invoices, tracking payments, and addressing discrepancies.
• Communicate billing details and project costs to clients clearly and effectively.
• Handle customer complaints related to billing, resolving issues and escalating where necessary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or billing-related role.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month
