Job Position: Customer Service Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Clinix Healthcare in Lagos.
• The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction
• Managing customer service operations
• Providing support to customers
• Utilizing analytical skills to assess performance, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of four years post nysc experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Proven experience in managing customer service teams
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
• Analytical Skills
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
