1.) Executive Assistant to the COO

Job Location: Redemption Camp, Ogun

Summary

• Redeemer’s Health Village is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
• The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the COO’s calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
• Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents on behalf of the COO.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and stakeholder engagements.
• Serve as a communication link between the COO, staff, and external partners.
• Monitor project deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Provide operational support to ensure the COO’s office functions efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in healthcare or a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

2.) Operations Officer

Job Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Organization: Redeemer’s Health Village (RHV)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities within clinical and support units.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare standards, organizational policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, and management of medical consumables and equipment.
• Work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of operational reports.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Operations
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or administration.
• Management, or a related clinical/health field.
• Strong understanding of hospital processes, patient care workflows, and resource management.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams.

3.) Pharmacist (NYSC)

Job Location: Redemption Camp, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic NYSC Corps Member to serve as a Pharmacist during their service year.
• This opportunity provides hands-on experience in patient care, pharmaceutical operations, and community health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide patient counseling
• Monitor and manage pharmaceutical inventory
• Participate in health education and outreach initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD)
• Currently serving or posted to Ogun State under NYSC
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for healthcare and community service
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
