Job Position: Customer Service Officer - Female

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Attends promptly to customers online via chat or social media platforms
• Answers and handles customer phone calls courteously
• Packages customer orders accurately and neatly
• Responds quickly to customer inquiries and complaints online
• Ensures excellent customer experience across all communication channels
• Follows up with customers when necessary to confirm satisfaction
• Works with the shop team to ensure timely fulfillment of all customer orders
• Maintains a polite, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with  2-3 years of work experience.
