Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location : Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information about our services and offerings
• Manage customer interactions across various channels (phone, email, social media).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with 1 - 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS office and customer service software.
• Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Positiive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in customer service is an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
