We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone Calls
• Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provision of accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Handle customers complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
• Clerical work and office filing
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customers account and file documents
• Generate sales leads.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification
• At least 2 years of work experience
• Must be social media savvy.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
