We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Jibowu & Lekki Station)

Job Locations: Lekki & Jibowu, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification.
• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Note: Candidates must be resident within Lekki phase 1 and Jibowu Respectively.
