Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations.
• Proficient in using computers, office software, and hospital information systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, may include evening or weekend shifts depending on hospital needs.
• Work is performed in a hospital or clinic environment with frequent interaction with patients and staff.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
