Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Male)

Job Location: Admiralty Homes Estate, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Job Description

• We are hiring Male Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Lagos! 
• If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree n any discipline.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Must be based in Lagos.
