Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Visa Packaging Expertise)

Job Location: Agege, Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Customer Service Representative with expertise in visa packaging, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, guidance, and support throughout the visa application process. 
• You will utilize your knowledge of visa packaging to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide guidance and support on visa application processes and requirements.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Visa Packaging Expertise:

• Utilize knowledge of visa packaging to review and verify client documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of visa applications.
• Provide expertise on visa packaging requirements and regulations.

Application Processing:

• Assist clients with completing and submitting visa applications.
• Review and verify application materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit applications to relevant authorities and track progress.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in visa packaging and customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of visa application processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
