Job Position: Customer Service / Sales Assistant

Job Locations: B28, Ogun Plaza, BBA Trade Fair Complex, Ojo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm. Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary

• The business is not automated, so the role requires manually attending to customers, writing invoices, and accurately handling sales records.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers politely and professionally
• Write sales invoices manually and accurately
• Learn and correctly apply product prices
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the shop
• Carry out other assigned duties as required

Requirements & Skills

• HND or a BSc in a relevant field is an added advantage
• Previous experience is an added advantage.
• Experience Level: Minimum of one year of experience
• Must be literate (able to read and write)
• Ability to write invoices clearly and accurately
• Willingness to learn product prices
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
