Klassic Ventures is a Group of company with 2 brands under it (Kvstore, KlassQ). We're an E-commerce company operating fully online.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Support / Follow - up Staff (Female)
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Follow-UP drip-list of customers Who Ordered But Yet To Confirm Order.
• You're expected to start confirming orders from 9-6 in the morning till evening
• Assist with helping them place an order.
• Deal with orders in the back end and liaise with logistics manager.
• Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers.
• Manage customer data using our CRM System.
• Be able to speak to 50+ customers per day easily
• Follow-Up customers that are not responding after placing an order
• Provide knowledgeable and polite answers to inquiries regarding products.
• Assist customers with after-sales services.
• Resolve customers complaints.
• Communicate concisely our company policies to customers.
• Maintain and update order report fast and efficiently.

Requirements

• A young single lady below 25 years who resides in Lagos State
• Must have working LAPTOP and SMARTPHONE with 2 SIM CARD SLOT
• Must not be a Student or have a side Business
• Must be ready to fully give time to the role, in order to learn and grow with the company long term.

Benefits

• Salary: N50,000 Naira monthly.
• N20,000 - N80,000 In Commission if Hit Target.
• N8,000 worth of Airtime monthly (N2,000  weekly).
• 12gb worth of data monthly (2gb weekly).
