We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Debt Collection Specialist

Job Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Ideal candidate should understand how to manage clients.
• Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debt.
• Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Send messages to customer.
• Guide customers through the payment process.
• Give proper and correct report of work.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Should be willing to work from the office (Monday-Saturday) 1 day off - 5 working days.

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
