Job Position: Delivery Agent Recruiter

Job Location: Remote, Performance Based (Work from anywhere in Nigeria)
Employment Type: Freelance, performance based.
Coverage: Nationwide (We need delivery agents in every state)

Description

• Vitalvida is a fast growing ecommerce company selling beauty and personal care products across Nigeria.
• We need delivery agents in every state and we need someone to find them, screen them, onboard them and make sure they are ready to delive
• This is a performance based role.
• You get paid for every delivery agent you successfully onboard. No salary. No cap. The more quality agents you bring in, the more you earn.
• We pay for all job board advertising costs.

What You Will Do

• Advertise for delivery agents on job boards, social media, WhatsApp groups and free platforms nationwide
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates who meet our criteria
• Send our Service Level Agreement (SLA) to qualifying candidates and get it signed and returned
• Collect guarantor forms from two (2) guarantors per DA. Each guarantor must send their completed form from their own personal email to our company email
• Conduct a voice training call with each DA and record the call (with the DA's consent)
• Coordinate with our team to dispatch goods to the onboarded DA.

"Successfully onboarded" means:

• DA application screened and approved
• DA has agreed to and signed our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Two guarantors have each signed their guarantor form and sent it from their own personal email
• Voice training call recorded (with consent)
• Goods dispatched to DA.

"Active for 3 months" means:

• DA completes at least 10 deliveries per month for 3 consecutive months

Earning Potential:

• 10 DAs onboarded per month = N50,000
• 20 DAs onboarded per month = N100,000
• 30 DAs onboarded per month = N150,000
• Plus retention bonuses (quarterly) = N3,000 per DA still active
• There is no cap on how many DAs you can onboard. If you bring in 50 quality agents in a month, you earn N250,000 that month.

You Must Have

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing candidates (online or offline)
• Ability to post job ads, manage responses and screen applicants independently
• Good communication skills for training calls and guarantor verification
• A phone or laptop with reliable internet
• Attention to detail for documentation (SLAs, guarantor forms, call recordings)
• Ability to work without supervision. We will not chase you for results.

• Duration: Ongoing. Perform well and there is no end date.

How You Get Paid

• Type: No fixed salary.
• N5,000 per DA successfully onboarded (all steps completed)
• N3,000 retention bonus per DA who stays active for 3 months
• Job board advertising costs paid by Vitalvida.
