Job Summary

• The Dental Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient staff coordination, patient satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure excellent patient experience and service standards
• Coordinate clinical and non-clinical teams
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment needs
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety, and regulatory standards
• Handle patient concerns and operational issues
• Support business growth, reporting, and performance tracking

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in healthcare or dental clinic management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and patient management
