Fidson Healthcare Plc, an indigenous pharmaceutical company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Depot Operations Manager
Job Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations in all the third party managed depots.
• Monitor and ensure prompt Products Stock Age reporting in all depots.
• Supervision and transmission all weekly/monthly reports to Head, Logistics & Distribution.
• Weekly analysis report of sales activities at the depot.
• Identify new locations for depots
• Monitor operational activities to ensure KPls are within acceptable standards at all depots.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the depot officers.
• Supervise Monthly/Quarterly stock reconciliation.
• Set up and monitor stock re-order level for each product based on performance analysis of product in all depots.
• Monitor & evaluate the performance of the depots and officers and provide feedback to employees in an effective manner
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head, Logistics & Distribution and GM, Supply Chain from time to time.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational Requirement:

• B.Sc / HND in Statistics / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration or any Natural Science.

Minimum Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of Cognate Experience.

Required Competency and Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
