We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Digital Content Manager (Graphics and Video Editing)

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Position Summary

• The Digital Content Executive (DCE) will compile, create and produce creative materials for the organisation.
• He or she will work closely with the other employees within the content and communications team to produce campaign materials, informationals, key messages and other related creative duties.

Job Roles

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements which may include brand guidelines of partner organisations and funding organisations
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Ensure that creative materials created by partner organisations and collaborators fit to MANI’s brand guidelines
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design or video editing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects

Requirements:

• Expertly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Application, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects Experience editing video including color grading & correction, transitions, and overlays
• Must have strong understanding of video and audio formats as it relates to quality
• Ability to create original, customized graphics according to requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to produce videos and other graphics required
• Work closely with producer and event planners to oversee/executive live virtual events
• Experience with online meeting technologies such as Zoom, Hangouts, and Skype
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
• Basic understanding and skill with the broad aspects of live video production
• Manages equipment acquisition and maintenance
• Attention to detail, while maintaining tight schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take direction, overcome challenges, and maintain a "can do" attitude
• Self-motivated and organized, requiring minimal supervision
• Effective working in a team environment
