Pillarcraft Accounting is a firm of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax practitioners operating from two offices in Nigeria, Lekki, Lagos and Garki, Abuja, but virtually supporting small and medium scale business across Nigeria by providing Virtual Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax management, Payroll management, business advisory and related services that facilitate growth and scale while business owners concentrate on running the business. Pillarcraft Accounting is not your Traditional accounting Firm, Pillarcraft is 100% Xero cloud Accounting firm.

Job Position: Digital Marketer

Job Description

• We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketer, to handle all aspects of our marketing operations, with the goal to help grow our brand influence, generate leads while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness
• The ideal candidate's duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks
• Applicant must be experienced in social media management marketing

Job Responsibilities

• Design and monitor all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database and display advertising campaigns.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Develop and monitor our campaign budget.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
• Evaluate important metrics that reflect progress relating to website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to develop new and innovative growth strategies.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. ( Stay up-to-date knowledge of technologies)
• Oversee and manage all contents, corporate events and other digital projects.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Must have 3-5 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Efficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creative and analytical abilities.
• Social media inclination (Linked-in, youtube, google ads, Instagram, and Twitter)
• Experienced in organizing corporate events
• Experienced in using Hubspot
• Experienced in writing a blog post
• Experienced in writing newsletter
• Experienced in canvas and graphics
• Experience in creating Youtube shots.
