Job Position: Digital Marketing / Graphics Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Objectives

• The digital manager / graphics designer is responsible for the online sales and brand, oversees the look and feel of the company website as well as generates sales via online channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Company website
• Strong Communication skills
• Supervise all company’s online activities including all social media handles
• Work with the marketing team / manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion.
• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales on Company website.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for company logos and websites
• Offer graphic design ideas, solutions and alternatives based on customer input.
• Follow-up with customers on all job proofs.

Job Requirements

• Academic or professional qualifications relevant to this role.
• 2-3 years of working experience in online marketing and graphic design e or any similar role.
• Sound knowledge of website management and usability.
• Strong marketing and tech background/ social media presence.
• Strong portfolio of design work
• Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels.
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Proficient with Adobe Design products such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, also Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, and others.
